I’d like to know the status of my order. Why is it taking so long? The Supply Chain Crisis has effected the furniture industry - Covid, logistics, and the worker shortage have all played a part in creating challenges and delays. We can get you a CURRENT status update. However, if the manufacturer doesn’t get their product due to these issues, they may push the timeframe. This is, of course, out of our control. Please understand these companies are being inundated with everyone asking this same question. Some are taking longer to get back to us. Please allow time and patience as they catch up.
How long can I expect my furniture to take? If you choose something off of our stock colors you can have it immediately. We can arrange for delivery, or you can bring a truck and we will load you up! If you want to change your colors, we need to put a special order in to the manufacturer. Some of our manufacturers can have items shipped within two weeks. Some are taking 9 months or more. We will give you the most up to date information we have at that time.
Why are you not updating us when our order is pushed back? While we would love to ensure all of our customers are up to date with where their orders are, it is feasibly impossible for us to call all of our customers every time we are notified of a backorder. We encourage patience in this odd time the furniture industry is in. Your orders are in line with the rest of the world's orders. They are coming. Some companies have had to update us multiple times a week. We will call you when it arrives and set up a delivery date. Please do not hesitate to call us if you would like an update of where your order is. We will gladly reach out to the manufacture for an update. Can I buy off of your floor? YES! We have two warehouses FULL of furniture ready for you. We can arrange for delivery upon purchase.
Can I change my order? While every manufacturer is different, the answer for the most part is, "yes." If your order has not hit production, you can change your order.
Why are you more expensive? We have always carried the best brands that are considered heirloom furniture. QUALITY maters! You will not be replacing your furniture over and over due to lack of craftsmanship. THAT saves money in the long run. Some of these companies have been around for over a century. They have stood the test of time and grown their products as companies you can trust. Coupled with the staff at Leisure Living, we will ensure you are taken care of with quality customer service.
Can I get replacement cushions or slings from you? Most of the time we can. It will depend on manufacturer used. Come in for a free consultation. Some questions for you: 1) Do you know the manufacturer? If we carry that brand we can get cushions from them. 2) If don’t know the manufacturer, can you bring your cushions / sling-frame in so we can measure? We can always put a custom cushion order in for you. 3) Do you have pictures? Sometimes we can tell from pictures if we can or can’t do cushions/slings.
Can my Vinyl Wicker get rained on? Yes. Our manufacturer’s Vinyl Wicker frames are made out of Aluminum. This means there will be no rusting.
How do I clean my cushions? This is for outdoor Sunbrella Cushions only. For all other cushions please call the office at 352.629.0984 1) With your cleaning solution (as directed from the link above), massage it directly on to the cushion. Don't use tough bristled brushes. 2) With a hose, completely drench the cushion in water to rid the fabric of any residue from your cleaning solution. 3) Set the cushions on their side and allow them to drain. A sunny day will dry them quicker! DONE!
